Este 23 de septiembre, Guayaquil amaneci\u00f3 con calles anegadas, mientras la Secretar\u00eda de Riesgos report\u00f3 que siete r\u00edos registran un incremento de caudal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la entidad, cuatro de estos afluentes monitoreados son el r\u00edo Esmeraldas, el r\u00edo Repartidero, el r\u00edo Viche y el r\u00edo Sucio, en la provincia de Esmeraldas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayer, este \u00faltimo afluente provoc\u00f3 graves inundaciones en varios recintos del cant\u00f3n Muisne, dejando 600 personas y 350 viviendas afectadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los otros tres r\u00edos en alerta por incremento de caudal est\u00e1n en Guayas y fueron identificados como el r\u00edo Vinces, el r\u00edo Avispa y el r\u00edo Guachapel\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De registrarse cambios en sus caudales, podr\u00edan producirse afectaciones en sectores como Salitre, General Vernaza y el recinto Tres Mar\u00edas, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Autora: Fernanda Arias &#8211; Practicante del Sistema Integrado de Medios (SIM).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En medio de la expectativa por el inicio del fen\u00f3meno de El Ni\u00f1o, las lluvias regresaron a Ecuador en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas.
